About The Position

The Delivery Program Manager, Store Technology is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive program plans to achieve specific objectives, managing stakeholders, establishing governance, coordinating resources, and overseeing program risks and changes. This role involves monitoring squad delivery, ensuring consistency through training and guidance, and managing financial aspects of the program.

Requirements

  • Financial management: Budgeting, Forecasting, Accruals and Invoice Management, Variance Analysis
  • Scope Management: Establishing outcomes, MVP, epics, stories, releases and milestones
  • Resource Management: Building and managing resource plans to deliver on defined scope leveraging FTE and partner resources
  • Risk Management: Anticipating, identifying, capturing risks; driving plans to mitigate impacts to scope, timeline, budget; escalating and communicating
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe Scrum and Kanban
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Working knowledge of Jira/Jira align and Confluence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Planview, Delivery Central and Lucid is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members.
  • Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative
  • Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance
  • Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program
  • Identify and assess program risks
  • Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones
  • Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget
  • Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion
  • Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistency
