Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in SOA, SAAS, Cloud and Enterprise Architecture desired
Able to interact and present to clients at multiple levels, including corporate officers, vice presidents, directors, and business and technology management
Experience identifying client business needs, and translating them into solutions
Understands business case development
Experience in technical leadership on large scale IT
Experience in managing customer requirements

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide technical leadership for program deliveries
Create and manage customer requirements and work with the implementation team to ensure that all requirements are met.
Oversee the day to day activities of the technical program resources and coordinate closely with the Program manager to make sure that timeline and budget targets are being met.
Play a support role in influencing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction in area of responsibility and beyond, and demonstrate sound negotiating skills.
