About The Position

Fooda's Delivery product team is looking to add a Delivery Operations Associate to our Boston & D.C. Team. This is a fast-paced, hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) supporting the day-to-day operations of our delivery business throughout Boston and Washington, D.C., working out of our office in the Leather District. This role reports to the Delivery Logistics Manager, Northeast Region.

Requirements

• Coachable, tech-savvy, and highly organized: you take feedback well, pick up new tools easily, and never "forget" a task
• Strong communicator, comfortable responding quickly to multiple internal and external requests throughout the day
• Adaptable problem-solver who's confident multi-tasking and adjusting to shifting deadlines and timelines
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) and quick to learn new software
• Strong work ethic, self-directed, and thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Support the Delivery Logistics team across daily operational tracking, tasks and product needs
• Assist with new Delivery client launches and support Client Success with business reviews
• Help coordinate Delivery restaurant scheduling, including internal and external scheduling coordination
• Support the Delivery Logistics team in building and overseeing the delivery courier network
• Anticipate courier needs, handle confirmations, and manage daily/weekly route changes
• Pull Delivery reporting as needed for the team (restaurant calls/emails, internal updates, Excel reporting, pulling reports from internal systems)
• Serve as point person for Delivery account and event updates, changes, or cancellations
