About The Position

Critical team leader role driving the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Transformation and Support from Offshore across both Finance (GL, ARP, AP, FA, LA, AGIS) and Supply Chain Management (INV, PIM,PO). Responsible for the functional integrity, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the Oracle Fusion platform. Leads cross-functional/developer teams, and serves as the final technical/design escalation point.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role directing Oracle ERP teams.
  • Proven success implementing or managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across both Financials and Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Expert-level experience defining and governing enterprise integration strategy with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated leadership in major ERP migration projects and maintenance of the applications in an on-going basis.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading or managing workstreams during a major ERP migration.
  • Direct experience with NetSuite, RevPro, or comparable legacy financial/revenue systems.
  • Familiarity with financial compliance frameworks, particularly SOX controls, related to core ERP processes.
  • Broad functional knowledge of Oracle EPM modules (e.g., EDMCS, FCCS, PBCS) and their integration with Fusion ERP.
  • Relevant professional certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies (e.g., Financials, SCM, OIC).
  • Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry.
  • Working knowledge of various AI Agents within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Responsibilities

  • Own the functional design, configuration roadmap, and workstream deliverables for all Finance, Procurement and SCM modules
  • Oversee critical delivery of Oracle Fusion technical deliverables.
  • Define and enforce technical/architecture standards, primarily utilizing Oracle Cloud ecosystem for all cross-application data exchange.
  • Manage Oracle Cloud platform stability, security, and mandatory quarterly updates.
  • Lead and manage Functional Consultants/Developer teams.
  • Govern the Managed Service Provider and System Integrator partners.
  • Ensure system configurations enforce financial and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX).
