About The Position

Global InfoTek, Inc. The position is based in Reston, Virginia, requires U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance, and calls for 5–7 years of relevant experience. A BS degree is listed, though experience may be considered in place of the education requirement. The salary offered within the stated range depends on relevant experience, qualifications, and security clearance; no specific range is provided.

  • Strong strategic planning and enterprise risk management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level tracking and reporting tools for monitoring program health.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Agile delivery models such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and with a DevSecOps framework.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Secret security clearance.
  • BS degree; experience may be considered in place of the education requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise Agile scaling methodologies such as SAFe.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and quality assurance standards.

  • Preferred certifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Agilist (SA), Program Management Professional (PgMP), ITIL v4 Managing Professional, or Project Management Professional (PMP) with enterprise experience.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate work and manage dependencies across multiple Agile teams and external programs as the central point of contact.
  • Oversee the end-to-end deployment pipeline and enterprise release schedules to support successful delivery of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Full Operational Capabilities (FOCs).
  • Resolve resource contention across programs and manage dependencies across the enterprise portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison to senior government stakeholders, including the COR and PMO, on high-level risk management and service delivery health.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards, DevSecOps best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across participating teams.
  • Monitor enterprise-level Agile metrics and delivery pipelines to identify bottlenecks and improve the value stream.
  • Translate high-level contract requirements into executable delivery roadmaps to drive strategic alignment.
