About The Position

NexusOne is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to coordinate and drive complex customer engagement programs across the Forward Engineering team. The role involves managing engagement timelines, customer communication, resource coordination, and risk tracking. The Technical Delivery Manager will act as the operational backbone for high-complexity enterprise deployments and solution delivery programs, ensuring cohesive execution by multi-disciplinary FE teams and providing customers with clear visibility into progress. NexusOne is a converged data platform for the AI era, built on an open-source foundation and designed to be AI-native. The company emphasizes sovereign data, interoperable systems, and decoupled intelligence, avoiding rip-and-replace strategies. NexusOne is experiencing rapid growth, backed by Insight Partners, and processes significant amounts of data for major clients in finance and telecommunications. Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in technical program management, professional services operations, or enterprise project management
  • Experience managing technical delivery programs for data platform, cloud migration, or enterprise software projects
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and executive reporting
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in a customer-facing professional services or implementation environment

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own program management for large, complex Forward Engineering customer engagements
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestone tracking, and risk registers for active engagements
  • Coordinate resource scheduling across Enterprise Deployment, Data Engineering, Migration, and AI practice teams
  • Lead weekly customer status meetings, prepare executive-level program reports, and manage escalation communication
  • Track and report engagement financial performance against budgeted hours and timelines
  • Drive internal retrospectives and capture lessons learned for the delivery playbook
  • Coordinate cross-pillar dependencies between Forward Engineering and the Engineering pillar (L3 escalations, product gaps)
  • Support the Head of Forward Engineering on capacity planning and demand forecasting
