About The Position

The position sits at the intersection of project execution, operational leadership, and business growth.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or delivery leadership
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent, client-facing projects
Strong track record in process optimisation and driving operational excellence
Experience in vendor and/or supply chain management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

Experience in project management, supply chain consulting, or procurement
Exposure to digital solutions, technology-enabled services, or SaaS environments
Experience supporting proposals, sales efforts, and business growth initiatives
Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Establish and standardise project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners
Monitor performance through KPIs, proactively manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support proposal development, contracting, and broader business development efforts
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
