About The Position

The Application Separation Delivery Lead is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of application separation programs in support of divestiture initiatives. This role ensures business continuity, SOW compliance, audit readiness, and timely TSA exits while managing complex multi-domain and multi-vendor environments. The role serves as the single point of accountability for delivery strategy, execution, financials, risks, and governance across all in-scope application domains (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.).

Requirements

  • 15+ years of IT delivery experience with significant leadership in large-scale enterprise programs
  • Proven experience in: Application separation and divestitures, TSA management and exit execution, Complex multi-domain transformation programs
  • Strong background in multi-vendor, SOW-driven delivery environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise application landscapes across domains (Finance, HR, ERP, etc.)
  • Experience managing large-scale application portfolios in complex environments
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Hands-on leader with ability to: Dive deep into program details, Resolve risks and issues proactively
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams
  • High ownership and accountability mindset
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
  • Ability to influence and align: Executive leadership, Business stakeholders, Technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of application separation programs, ensuring alignment with divestiture timelines and milestones
  • Drive execution of separation strategy, planning, and implementation across all domains
  • Ensure seamless business continuity throughout transition and separation phases
  • Accountable for TSA (Transition Services Agreement) planning, execution, and exit readiness
  • Act as the single accountable leader interfacing with: Business domain leads, Central PMO, Security, Architecture, and Compliance teams, External system integrators and third-party vendors
  • Establish and enforce central governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting cadence
  • Lead executive-level reporting, steering committees, and status reviews
  • Oversee delivery across all in-scope functional domains (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
  • Coordinate with domain leads to ensure: Milestone adherence, Risk mitigation, Delivery quality and completeness
  • Ensure integration and dependency management across workstreams
  • Manage multiple vendors and system integrators against SOW commitments, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Drive performance governance, issue resolution, and contractual compliance
  • Validate deliverables against contractual, regulatory, and audit requirements
  • Ensure consistent execution of risk management frameworks across all workstreams
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, compliance adherence, and control mechanisms
  • Align delivery with security, regulatory, and architectural standards
  • Own program financials including: Budget tracking, Cost optimization, Financial forecasting
  • Ensure delivery remains within approved financial boundaries
  • Enforce consistent delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Promote standardization across domains for: Reporting, Risk management, Governance processes
  • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
