About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Delivery Lead for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution. This role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables that require cross-team engagement. The Delivery Lead will act as a project leader and subject matter expert on projects with system-wide impact, managing the end-to-end delivery of System of Record solutions.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables across multiple teams.
Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables.
Ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).
Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal.
Promote communication and collaboration across organizations.
Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements and complies with Enterprise Change Management standards.
Facilitate resolution and communication of cross-organization decisions, standards, and issues.
Manage and enhance the change control process for application-related changes.
Ensure scheduled changes take place with proper testing, monitoring, and implementation.
