About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Delivery Lead for a 12+ month contract supporting a global financial institution in Jersey City, New Jersey. The role serves as the primary liaison between Front Office stakeholders and Technology teams, driving strategic initiatives from requirements through delivery. The Delivery Lead translates complex business needs into actionable requirements, manages multiple concurrent initiatives, and supports successful execution through governance and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Front Office or Capital Markets businesses and understands trading workflows, risk management, and P&L concepts.

Requirements

Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle (SDLC/STLC).
Experience in full-stack development.
Experience building UI stacks using ReactJS, ES6+, websockets, OpenFin/Electron, Tailwind, or similar technologies.
Development experience in an object-oriented programming language such as Python.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivated, self-starting, and organized.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exposure to Global Markets in a financial asset class.

Nice To Haves

Experience with regulatory and control frameworks, audit remediation, and change management.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and SQL.
Knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives products.

Responsibilities

Transform ambiguous business requests into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test plans.
Partner closely with traders, business users, and technology teams.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including RAID and dependency management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide executive-ready reporting.
Maintain strong governance and delivery discipline.
