This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Governance Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating enterprise-wide architecture governance activities that ensure alignment with the organization's Enterprise Architecture Framework, technology standards, and strategic objectives. This role manages the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of governance forums, Architecture Steering Boards (ASBs), and associated governance processes. The position serves as a key liaison across Architecture, Technology, Business, Risk, Compliance, and Delivery teams to drive effective decision-making, governance adherence, issue resolution, and reporting. The individual will also support governance-related metrics, executive reporting, SPI (Single Process Inventory) process management, and initiatives that support the maturity and effectiveness of Enterprise Architecture governance.
