This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. This role consolidates individual release initiatives and L3 break fix bundles into a safely deployable release packages and aligns them to specific deployment windows. Develops, audits, monitors and enforces established release processes and policies in support of cross-domain configuration integration, testing, release deliverable completeness and consistency. Acts as the gatekeeper to the production environment, ensuring consistency in policies and operational procedures, release integration testing and production validation. Operates as a liaison ensuring consistent communication between IT and line-of-business management. Plans and executes production deployments, ensures appropriate staffing, manages end to end production change control process from change identification through certification.

Requirements

  • 6+ Years of experience working as Delivery Lead, Release Initiatives and L3 Support.
  • Background in project, release and portfolio management with hands on experience with Remedy, ALM, and Jira.
  • Proficient in Agile methodology, Kanban, MRA requirements and confluence.
  • Knowledge of middleware webservices in a tier 0 application with banking background and infrastructure/software troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
