About The Position

The Delivery Lead/Program Senior Manager will use advanced Oracle expertise to lead the overall delivery of the program. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with client leads and cross‑functional teams to drive successful program execution. They will also, manage the program day to day, including schedule and progress reporting, issue management, and escalation of material issues to the government.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of experience
Minimum of 12 yrs managing programs of similar scope, preferably financial systems
5 yrs managing financial systems of similar size and scale
Advanced expertise in with Oracle
Experience with Jira-based WBS and status reporting
Proven ability to lead complex program delivery efforts.
Strong capability in resource planning, timeline management, and quality oversight.
Experience establishing and managing project governance structures.

Experience with cutover and wave planning for an EBS-to-Fusion Cloud transition and/or re- baselining WBS and schedule across a multi-year migration

Responsibilities

Manage deliverables and communications with technical and functional personnel to ensure alignment with the implementation plan and development standards.
Ensure adequate and qualified resources are assigned to complete all project activities and deliverables on time and within the established ceiling price.
Provide direction and control to confirm program objectives and boundary conditions are met, while identifying and resolving potential deviations as early as possible.
Establish project governance and oversee adherence to defined processes and standards.
Confirm stakeholder requirements are met and take corrective action to address any identified gaps.
Maintain accountability for delivering projects within stated objectives and boundary conditions.
