About The Position

Position Summary · Establish and/or manage the tracking and reporting of delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams. · Ensure delivery outcomes align to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. · Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers. Negotiate with Sr. Leaders mitigation plans and manage status reporting. · Support fostering a culture of accountability and early awareness of risks and issues. · Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery status, health, and progress. · Facilitate clear, frequent communication with senior leadership, business partners, and cross functional stakeholders. · Implement and enforce delivery framework standards, including sprint cadence, release processes, quality controls, and reporting requirements. · Ensure adherence to Change Standards requirements. Required Qualifications · 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, Project/Program management, or related leadership roles. · Have Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-team technology deliveries. · Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery models. · Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. · Proven ability to influence and lead cross functional teams. · Experience managing risks, dependencies and budgets. Requirements

5+ years of experience in technology delivery, Project/Program management, or related leadership roles.
Have Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-team technology deliveries.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery models.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence and lead cross functional teams.
Experience managing risks, dependencies and budgets.

Nice To Haves

Certifications: PMP, PMI ACP, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent.
