About The Position

L3Harris is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the Upgraded Early Warning Radar Array Group Driver Integration and Test program and oversee delivery of the AGD capability to UEWR sites worldwide. This role requires a strategic leader with strong program management expertise focused on execution and delivery within budget and schedule. The PM will direct all phases of the program from inception through completion, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and support the Contracting Officer in negotiating contracts and contract changes. Additionally, the PM will prepare proposals and Statements of Work and serve as the primary customer interface for program activities, reviews, and performance discussions.

Requirements

  • Must Have an Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience

  • Direct experience with UEWR systems
  • Experience successfully managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably within the DoD or space sector
  • Strong understanding of ground systems, satellite operations, and space program requirements
  • Ability to manage program risks and opportunities effectively
  • Experience with earned value management (EVM) and integrated master schedules (IMS)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Travel may be required up to 15%

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the UEWR AGD I&T program, guiding all phases from planning through execution and delivery
  • Direct the deployment of capabilities to CONUS and OCONUS sites, balancing operational realities with upgrade and delivery requirements
  • Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, and performance through effective planning, monitoring, and control
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Support and participate in program meetings, reviews, baseline sessions, and quarterly program management reviews
  • Prepare and present comprehensive status reports covering risks, opportunities, schedule, financials, contract activity, and technical performance
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide leadership to a cross functional program team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
  • Manage program risks and opportunities by developing, implementing, and tracking mitigation strategies
  • Oversee development and delivery of key program artifacts, including IMS, cost reports, technical data, and stakeholder communications
