About The Position

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Program Manager with strong program leadership experience and practical knowledge of project management. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of programs and products and is accountable for execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. The position requires regular interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal leadership. The Program Manager will guide and influence cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives while exemplifying L3Harris corporate values.

Requirements

Must Have an Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience

Nice To Haves

Experience managing programs within the DoD or aerospace environment
Experience working across diverse business organizations and customer communities
Experience interfacing with customers and stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools to produce schedules, reports, and program documentation
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Ability to make informed decisions with incomplete or imperfect information

Responsibilities

Lead overall program execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments including directing the activities of assigned personnel across technical, manufacturing, and administrative functions
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets across all program phases
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
Monitor and report program status to internal and external stakeholders
Drive problem resolution and decision-making with business impact
Lead pursuit and proposal efforts including strategy development, planning, and resource coordination
Develop proposal schedules, cost estimates, and technical content in partnership with functional teams as well as oversee preparation of proposals, operating budgets, and contract terms and conditions
Ensure the availability of necessary resources (manpower, engineering, production, facilities)
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction
