The Delivery Lead – Organizational Design is responsible for leading the successful delivery of organizational design and operating model transformation initiatives. The role combines program delivery expertise with deep knowledge of organizational effectiveness, workforce design, governance, and change implementation. Working closely with executive stakeholders, HR, business leaders, and transformation teams, the Delivery Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of organization design programs, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into practical structures, roles, processes, and ways of working that improve organizational performance.
