About The Position

Industry X is seeking a Complex Delivery Lead responsible for leading the delivery of projects and programs of work on large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model. This role involves embedding innovation, intelligence, and sustainability in how the world makes things. Industry X enables leaders to act quickly and confidently as they pivot to the future, defining Industry X as the digital reinvention of manufacturing/engineering. The role requires defining clear, actionable paths to competitive agility by bringing new thinking on business and technology. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the experienced Industry X team.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development.
Minimum of 4 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified.
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing offshore resources.
Minimum of 4 years of Industry Experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience).
Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of complex solutions.
Good technology understanding and industry experience.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in the industry.
Experience in technical delivery of PLM applications and platforms.
Experience in enterprise data migration programs.
Experience is Siemens Engineering platforms.

Responsibilities

Leading delivery of projects and programs of work on large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.
End-to-end delivery of complex solutions.
Applying Agile/SAFe methodologies while delivering technology solutions.
Implementing at least one complex E2E program including a Platform (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.).
Working with global delivery teams across multiple locations.
Shaping and delivering solutions for the Industry.
Build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Work in a challenging client environment.
Face off to senior Business and IT stakeholders.
