About The Position

This role involves loading, delivering, and installing equipment for customers at various sites, often for emergency or scheduled events. It requires long drives and occasional overnight stays. The technician will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and respectful service while resolving on-site challenges. Collaboration with the team is essential, involving tracking activity and progress through company technology. Maintaining equipment cleanliness, vehicle organization, and adherence to uniform standards are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Experience in box-trucks and sprinter vans is a plus.
A 5-year clean driving record is required.
The ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, often in extreme heat or cold.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, or pulling 25+ lbs.
Comfortable working on ladders.
Effective communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
Professional demeanor.
Comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, and laptops; able to navigate apps, complete digital records, and communicate with customers.
1+ year of HVAC technician experience preferred.
Strong desire to deepen expertise in HVAC diagnostics and service.
Availability for rotating on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
