About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers pizza, sides, and other menu items while providing friendly customer service and representing the store positively. The role combines driving with in-store work, including taking and processing orders, preparing food, handling cash, and helping keep the store clean and stocked. Drivers are expected to make safe, courteous deliveries, know the delivery area, and follow traffic laws. The position offers training, flexible hours, tips, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and provide proof of liability insurance.
• Have a clean, unrestricted driving record.
• Have a clean, reliable, and safe vehicle.
• Have an exceptional and positive attitude.
• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and comprehend written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and team members in person and over the phone.
• Have the motor coordination and vision needed for driving and in-store tasks, and be able to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.
• Be able to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods during scheduled work.
• Be able to lift and handle supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and perform the other physical tasks described.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizza, sides, and other menu items to customers.
• Present a positive image and build relationships with customers.
• Drive safely and courteously while obeying traffic laws.
• Know the store’s delivery area and read area maps.
• Take orders over the phone and in person, greet customers promptly, and process orders.
• Handle cash, make cash drops, reconcile cash, and report tips accurately.
• Assist with making pizzas, preparing dough, and preparing or restocking toppings.
• Help keep the store clean and stocked.
• Deliver leaflets and door hangers as required.
• Use, return, and properly store Domino’s equipment issued for the role.
• Unload and stock deliveries, including lifting and moving supplies.
