About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff its stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and may suit someone looking for a main job or supplemental work. Team members may have opportunities to advance from delivery driver to management or other roles, including franchise ownership.

In addition to delivery duties, store team members operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete related paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have eye-hand and finger motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and handle delivery routes that may include adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks.
