About The Position

The Delivery Expert upholds Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance while delivering quality customer service to internal and external customers, both by phone and in person. The role includes collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, checking orders against quality standards, and assisting carryout customers. The employee receives cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. The position also requires compliance with applicable vehicle and driving laws and company rules, and ensuring the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound, registered, and insured.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
Must have a good driving record.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
Collect cash and credit card payments.
Promote pizza products and specials.
Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
Respond promptly to store phone calls and assist carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
Speak and write clearly and accurately.
Use a computer-based order entry system.
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Follow all applicable state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
Follow Domino's Pizza, LLC and Bigger Bowl Pizza, LLC rules and regulations.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound and properly registered and insured at all times.
