About The Position
The Delivery Expert is responsible for upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance. This role involves collecting payments, promoting products, and receiving cross-training in various store operations. The Delivery Expert must ensure accuracy in product preparation and delivery, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a sense of urgency in customer interactions. Adherence to all driving laws and Domino's policies is crucial, as is ensuring the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must have current vehicle insurance.
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Comprehension of using a computer based order entry system.
- Ability to follow state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to follow rules and regulations of Domino's Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc.

- Cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Responsibilities

- Collect cash and credit card payments.
- Promote pizza products and specials.
- Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
- Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phones or helping carryout customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
- Speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Exhibit comprehension of using a computer based order entry system.
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
- Follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules and regulations.
- Follow all rules and regulations of Domino's Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc.
- Ensure that vehicle used for delivery is mechanically and physically sound and is properly registered and insured at all times.
