About The Position
Beckley Chevrolet is looking for a customer-focused Delivery Expert to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating an outstanding delivery experience for every customer at the time of purchase.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with vehicle technology and mobile device pairing
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to explain features clearly and patiently
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver all sold vehicles to customers at the time of purchase
- Set up OnStar in equipped vehicles
- Pair customers’ phones with Bluetooth and vehicle technology
- Review vehicle features, controls, and functions with customers
- Ensure each customer feels confident and comfortable with their new vehicle
- Assist customers with any after-sale questions or needs
- Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful experience from delivery forward
- Create taillight ownership video
