About The Position

The Delivery Expert position involves upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance. Responsibilities include collecting payments, promoting products and specials, and receiving cross-training in various store operations such as preparing products, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products. The role also requires checking products for accuracy against quality standards, exhibiting a sense of urgency in customer interactions, and providing quality customer service both over the phone and in person. Clear communication skills (speaking and writing) and the ability to use a computer-based order entry system are essential. The position also emphasizes contributing to a positive team environment. Additionally, Delivery Experts must follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, as well as Domino's rules and regulations, and ensure their delivery vehicle is in good mechanical condition, properly registered, and insured.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to read a map and follow directions.
  • Must be able to handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Must have good communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
  • Collect cash and credit card payments.
  • Promote pizza products and specials.
  • Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
  • Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phones or helping carryout customers.
  • Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
  • Speak and write clearly and accurately.
  • Exhibit comprehension of using a computer based order entry system.
  • Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
  • Follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules and regulations.
  • Follow all rules and regulations of Domino's Pizza, LLC.
  • Ensure that vehicle used for delivery is mechanically and physically sound and is properly registered and insured at all times.
