About The Position

Being a member of the Enterprise Delivery Enablement team, the Delivery Excellence Project Manager drives end-to-end execution of complex initiatives, ensuring alignment, momentum, and timely delivery across teams and stakeholders. Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong planning and execution management for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams
• Stakeholder coordination across business, technology, and governance
• Data-driven tracking and reporting of delivery status and outcomes
• Comfortable working within Agile delivery environments
• Working Knowledge with AI (Co-pilot, Claude, KIRO, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Translate strategic goals into structured delivery plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and ownership
• Drive progress across teams, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and blockers
• Coordinate across business, technology, and governance stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum
• Manage interdependencies across squads, systems, and initiatives to avoid downstream disruption
• Ensure delivery readiness and quality by tracking progress against defined criteria and expected outcomes
• Use data and reporting to provide clear visibility into status, risks, and delivery confidence
• Operate effectively within Agile delivery environments (e.g., working with backlogs, iterative planning, and evolving scope), without being limited to Agile frameworks
