About The Position

Domino's Pizza is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr, including wage, tips, and mileage reimbursement. The company offers flexible scheduling with both short and long shifts available, and part-time and full-time hours. Delivery experts can use their own car with mileage reimbursement or a company-provided vehicle (if at least 21 with a clean driving record and minimum 2 years of driving history). Drivers have access to technology to ensure safe and efficient deliveries, leading to more earnings. There are opportunities for advancement, as 90% of Domino's franchise owners started as delivery drivers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries of Domino's products safely and efficiently.
• Navigate to customer locations, including multi-story buildings.
• Handle pizzas and beverages during delivery.
• Use safe driving practices within a designated delivery area.
• Assemble pizzas at the pizza assembly station.
• Stock ingredients and clean low areas.
• Operate oven controls.
• Scoop ingredients and wash dishes.
• Answer phones.
• Provide excellent customer service.
