About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Wheat Ridge, United States. As a Delivery Driver based at our 3890 Kipling Street location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Basic math skills for processing payments and managing delivery records
Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company policies
Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
Ability to read maps and plan efficient routes
Must be at least 18 years of age minimum
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Nice To Haves

Previous delivery or driving experience is a bonus but not required
Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local area knowledge is a plus
Using our "Delivery App" to aid in efficiencies

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locations
Load and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling of all items
Follow assigned routes and schedules to maximize efficiency
Use GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routes
Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, addressing any concerns or questions
Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks with management and report any issues promptly
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
Collect and process payments when required
Assist with organizing and managing inventory in the delivery vehicle
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily goals
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
Carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.
Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift.
Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
Navigate five or more flights of stairs may be required during delivery of product.
