Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, insured personal vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and a compliance-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with cannabis products and state regulations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver cannabis products directly to customers while following state laws and company guidelines
- Verify customer identity upon delivery to ensure compliance with all state regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during every interaction, representing Mint Cannabis with professionalism and positivity
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, records, and paperwork for every order
- Inspect vehicles before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance or safety issues immediately
- Uphold traffic laws, safety standards, and company delivery policies at all times
