About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders via phone and in person. Key responsibilities include taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. The position requires strong communication and basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle monetary transactions. Team members will work in various in-store temperatures and may be exposed to different weather conditions when performing outside tasks. The job demands good motor coordination, the ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen, and the capacity to work under stress while meeting quality standards. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting. Eye-hand coordination is essential for various tasks, including dough shaping and using tools like pizza cutters and peels. The role also requires driving to deliver products, flyers, and marketing materials, necessitating a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills are crucial for map reading and locating addresses within the delivery area, including navigating multi-story buildings and various delivery sites while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product, driving within a designated area, walking to and from the vehicle, and potentially climbing multiple flights of stairs. Delivery personnel will also be exposed to varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
