About The Position

Join Domino’s as a delivery driver and help deliver hot, fresh food safely and on time while providing excellent customer service. Drivers average $15.00 per hour, including tips and mileage. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for overtime, 50% off pizza, a fun work environment, and opportunities for growth. Daily tasks include verifying the personal bank, cleaning and restocking the driver station and Coke cooler, rotating stock using FIFO, assisting with food preparation, checking orders before departure, and completing safe deliveries. Drivers also help maintain a clean store, assist customers in person and by phone between delivery runs, and provide friendly service to customers at the door.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Ability to use a mobile device.
Effective communication skills with team members and customers.
Navigational skills, including the ability to read maps and locate addresses and businesses within the delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Flexible schedule and ability to take direction from management.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Verify the personal bank, which must be less than $20 including coin change.
Clean and restock the driver station and Coke cooler; rotate products using FIFO.
Assist with food preparation.
Complete safe deliveries, including customer call-backs and making drops.
Double-check items before leaving for a delivery.
Provide excellent customer service at the door, including a smile, eye contact, giving exact change, and thanking customers.
Greet customers promptly and thank them as they leave.
Answer phone calls within two rings or less between delivery runs.
Help keep the store clean.
Hustle in the store and help create a positive customer experience.
