About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders via phone. Responsibilities include taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations for transactions, order processing via computer or touchscreen, and precise hand-eye coordination for rapid, accurate movements. The work environment involves exposure to varying weather conditions, fluctuating in-store temperatures, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiating hot/cold surfaces. Temperaments suited for this role include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking short distances, occasional sitting for paperwork, lifting and stacking cases up to 60 pounds, carrying items like large cans or pizza sauce, pushing/pulling dollies with trays, infrequent climbing of stairs or ladders, stooping/bending at the waist, occasional crouching/squatting, and continuous reaching up, down, and forward. Hand tasks are essential and continuous, requiring eye-hand coordination, manipulation of tools like a pizza peel and rolling cutter, forceful pinching for box assembly, and grasping various items. Tools and equipment may include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. A key part of the job is delivering products to customers by car and to their door, as well as distributing marketing materials. This requires navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within a designated delivery area, and the ability to navigate various delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product. Physical demands during delivery include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing stairs. Driving is a primary function, with team members making multiple deliveries per shift. Delivery personnel must walk between the store and their vehicle, and from the vehicle to the customer's location. Climbing may involve navigating five or more flights of stairs. The work conditions include exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries and couponing, and require far and night vision for driving.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
