E-Scooter Delivery Driver

We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are excited to support daily fleet operations and deliver a great rider experience. Job Summary Veo is seeking E-Scooter Delivery Drivers to support city-wide fleet operations. In this role, you will be responsible for locating scooters, swapping batteries, rebalancing vehicles, and performing quality checks to ensure our fleet is safe, charged, and ready for riders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout their shift, and contributing to a fast-paced operations environment.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Comfortable driving a company van during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs (scooters) without assistance
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for daily tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with local streets and navigation
- Flexible availability (including early mornings, nights, and weekends)
- Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, or similar roles
Responsibilities
- Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks
- Drive a company van to locate scooters and perform battery swaps
- Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
- Perform basic repairs and quality checks in the field
- Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters
- Ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
- Take on additional duties as assigned
