Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Carnegie
About The Position
Flynn’s Tire Warehouse is hiring a full-time, non-CDL Delivery Driver for its Carnegie, Pennsylvania distribution center. The role offers independent work on delivery routes with support from an experienced warehouse team, and drivers are home every night. The driver represents the company professionally, provides customer service, verifies and delivers tire orders, and shares delivery updates and customer feedback with warehouse leadership. Drivers also perform pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, use GPS to navigate routes, and support warehouse operations when needed. No CDL is required.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- DOT medical certification is preferred; it must be obtained after hire.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 16- to 24-foot box truck and follow safe driving practices.
- Represent Flynn’s Tire Warehouse professionally and provide outstanding customer service on every route.
- Verify customer orders and accurately deliver tires to each scheduled stop.
- Communicate customer feedback and delivery updates to warehouse leadership.
- Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and use GPS to navigate delivery routes.
- Support warehouse operations and assist team members when needed.
