About The Position

Flynn’s Tire Warehouse is hiring a full-time, non-CDL Delivery Driver for its Carnegie, Pennsylvania distribution center. The role involves operating a 16- to 24-foot box truck to deliver tires on scheduled routes while providing professional customer service. Drivers are home every night, and there are no Sunday shifts. The position also supports warehouse operations and team members as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• DOT medical certification is preferred; it must be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16- to 24-foot box truck and follow safe driving practices.
• Represent Flynn’s Tire Warehouse professionally and provide outstanding customer service on every route.
• Verify customer orders and accurately deliver tires to scheduled stops.
• Communicate customer feedback and delivery updates to warehouse leadership.
• Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and use GPS to navigate delivery routes.
• Support warehouse operations and assist team members as needed.
