About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver for its St. Louis location at 1613 S 9th St. The driver safely delivers products to customers on assigned routes, provides friendly and professional service, handles payments, and maintains accurate delivery records. The role involves working independently while contributing to a supportive team and requires reliable, safe driving and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history if age 18; at least 1 year of driving history if age 19 or older.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check meeting company standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route-planning tools.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting delivery schedules.
• Physical ability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout St. Louis.
• Greet customers courteously, provide exceptional service, and ensure orders are delivered accurately.

• Use GPS and route-planning tools to navigate efficiently and maximize delivery productivity.
• Inspect the vehicle daily, maintain a clean and organized interior, and promptly report mechanical issues.

• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
