About The Position

Flynn’s Tire Warehouse is hiring a full-time, non-CDL Delivery Driver for its Bedford Heights, Ohio distribution center. The role offers independence on the road during each shift, with support from the warehouse team. Drivers are home every night and do not work Sundays. The position involves delivering tires, providing professional customer service, completing vehicle inspections and DOT logs, navigating routes with GPS, and helping with warehouse operations as needed. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• DOT medical certification preferred; it must be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16- to 24-foot box truck and follow safe driving practices.
• Provide outstanding customer service on every route and represent Flynn’s Tire Warehouse professionally.
• Verify customer orders and accurately deliver tires to each scheduled stop.
• Communicate customer feedback and delivery updates to warehouse leadership.
• Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and navigate delivery routes using GPS.
• Support warehouse operations and assist team members when needed.
