About The Position

Flynn’s Tire Warehouse is hiring a full-time, non-CDL Delivery Driver for its Bedford Heights, Ohio distribution center. The driver works on the road during their shift, is home every night, and is supported by the warehouse team. The role includes delivering tires to scheduled stops, providing professional customer service, and assisting with warehouse operations as needed. Flynn’s Tire describes entry-level work as an opportunity to develop skills and grow into other roles through training and promotion from within.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• DOT medical certification is preferred; it must be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16- to 24-foot box truck and follow safe driving practices.
• Represent Flynn’s Tire Warehouse professionally and provide outstanding customer service on every route.
• Verify customer orders and accurately deliver tires to each scheduled stop.
• Communicate customer feedback and delivery updates to warehouse leadership.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain DOT logs.
• Navigate delivery routes using GPS.
• Support warehouse operations and assist team members when needed.
