About The Position

Moove is recruiting a delivery driver to transport deliveries safely and responsibly in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations. The driver follows the daily delivery schedule or coordinates efficient delivery routes based on customer schedules, peak delivery times, and alternate routes. The role requires safely loading and unloading deliveries, including the ability to lift or move up to 65 pounds, maintaining accurate delivery orders and documentation, and providing professional customer service. The driver works with minimum supervision and according to company standards, maintains the required commercial driver's license, endorsements, and DOT physical card, and performs other related duties as assigned. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with daily home time. Occasional overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• DOT medical card.
• At least one year of experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission, if applicable.
• Good customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift or move up to 65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Transport deliveries safely and responsibly in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations.
• Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinate efficient deliveries using knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times, and alternate routes.
• Safely load and unload deliveries; the role requires the ability to lift or move up to 65 pounds.
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs, and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance.
• Ensure orders and received documentation are accurate.
• Relay customer messages and communications to appropriate management.
• Maintain a valid commercial driver's license, required endorsements, and DOT physical card.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
