Requirements

Experience driving 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred)
DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards
Warehouse and delivery experience
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ lbs
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Humble – team-first, open to feedback, owns mistakes
Hungry – motivated, proactive, and always looking to improve
People-Smart – communicates well and treats others with respect
Reliable, safety-focused, and consistent
Comfortable working both on the road and in a warehouse setting

Responsibilities

Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts
Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites
Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly
Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations)
Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here
Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization
Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspace
Take ownership—if it’s in front of you, you handle it
