Delivery Driver
About The Position
Aaron’s Delivery Drivers help ensure positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, store-based role. They drive company vehicles, move and pick up merchandise, install products, and demonstrate how customers can use them. The role includes time inside and outside the store, supporting day-to-day store operations, and connecting with customers in the community. The pay range is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour. Schedules may vary between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Drivers have Sundays off and one additional day off during the week; locations are open six days per week. Benefits vary based on full-time and part-time employment status.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including maintaining a satisfactory driving record.
- Must be able to be DOT certified if required in the location of the position (United States only).
- Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
- Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.
- Solid communication skills.
- Working knowledge of electronics.
- Desire to make a positive difference for customers.
Nice To Haves

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
- Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
- Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
- Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets.
- Support day-to-day store operations and connect with customers in the community.
