About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Lincoln location. The driver delivers products safely, promptly, and professionally throughout the community, serving as a representative of the organization and building positive customer relationships. The role also includes planning delivery routes, keeping accurate records, inspecting and maintaining a clean vehicle, handling payments, and supporting daily team goals. Applicants must pass a criminal background check.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving history.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of local roads and navigation skills; GPS proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry packages safely and efficiently.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedules.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products throughout the Lincoln area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to support timely arrivals and good customer service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and payment documentation.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns courteously.
• Handle products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Manage cash and payment transactions accurately and securely.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
