The Delivery Driver safely and promptly delivers products or flyers within a designated delivery area while providing exceptional customer service. Drivers may use their own insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition or ask about using a company vehicle where available. When deliveries are slow, drivers help with in-store tasks, including preparing products, processing orders, stocking, and cleaning. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. Training is paid and includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job instruction. The position involves working in a store and traveling between the store, delivery vehicle or e-bike, and customer locations. Work may involve adverse weather, temperature changes, food-related odors and dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving equipment. Physical duties include standing and walking frequently; sitting while driving or completing paperwork; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items; occasional bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and climbing; and navigating stairs during deliveries. Drivers need to communicate with customers and coworkers, handle orders and payments, use store equipment, and work independently or with others under stress while meeting quality standards.
