About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management and franchise ownership. Drivers deliver products to customers within a designated area and may also perform general store team-member duties. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Hand-eye coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area; several deliveries may be made per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients and supplies; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
• Use maps and navigation skills to locate addresses and navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone to take and process orders.
• Unload and move product deliveries, stock shelves, and carry products and supplies as needed.
• Perform other store tasks, including occasional maintenance and sign-price changes.
