About The Position

White Cap is hiring a CDL A or B Driver to coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites. The driver may use a truck-mounted forklift, such as a Moffett or Piggyback, to unload shipments. The role follows Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for vehicle maintenance and emphasizes safe operation. Drivers ensure manifests and other paperwork are accurate and may assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment. At least one year of CDL driving experience and the required state license are required. Other duties may be performed as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of CDL driving experience.
• Required state license.

Nice To Haves

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with applicable endorsements and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Experience delivering construction, industrial, building materials, or other heavy products to customer locations.
• Experience operating truck-mounted forklifts (Moffett/Piggyback), forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety, including knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, cargo securement, and safe driving practices.
• Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to communicate professionally and build positive relationships at jobsites and delivery locations.
• Experience handling delivery documentation, manifests, bills of lading, and other transportation-related paperwork accurately.
• Ability to support warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, order preparation, and inventory movement as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.
