About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for collecting payments, ensuring product accuracy and quality, and delivering items to customers safely and in a timely manner. This role also involves upholding company standards, promoting products, and contributing to a positive team environment. Additionally, the Delivery Driver will receive cross-training in various store operations, including product preparation, opening/closing procedures, and operating the pizza oven.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
• Ability to speak and write clearly
• Comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
• Ability to uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Ability to contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun

• Cross-training in preparing products and ingredients
• Cross-training in closing and opening procedures

• Cross-training in properly boxing products for delivery or carryout

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
