About The Position

Lovern Logistics is hiring motivated, dependable, and energetic Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages. Drivers are the face of the company and are expected to provide a positive customer experience by delivering packages safely, accurately, on time, and to the correct location. The role involves working independently while contributing to a supportive team, staying active throughout the workday, and following safety standards on and off the road. No previous delivery experience is required; paid training is provided. A company vehicle is provided.

The typical shift is 10:30 AM–8:30 PM, with shifts ranging from 8–10 hours. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week, and drivers must be available to work at least one weekend day per week. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. The position is based in Duluth, Georgia.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to read and speak English for safety.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to working safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery van.
• Load and unload packages while safely operating the delivery vehicle.
• Frequently enter and exit the vehicle and walk to customer delivery locations.
• Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery information.
• Deliver packages efficiently, safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Work in various weather conditions.
• Lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
