About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team! Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving history. Safe driving at all times is a must. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster than the competition, leading to more money for the drivers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.
• Navigate 5+ flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings to deliver products.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.
• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Make several deliveries per shift.
• Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
• Crouching and bending occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks.
• Use of hands is continuous during the day, requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping pizza dough.
• Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using the rolling cutter.
• Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Use depth perception, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Use far and night vision for driving.
