About The Position

The Delivery Driver transports and delivers orders to customers in Avondale and surrounding areas, providing friendly and professional customer service while representing the brand. The role includes processing cash and credit card transactions, assisting with food preparation such as making pizzas and other menu items, and completing basic restaurant duties including cleaning and restocking. Drivers maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and delivery vehicle, work with team members during busy periods, and use knowledge of local routes to support timely deliveries while following traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery use.
• Excellent knowledge of the Goodyear area and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry orders, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist in all areas of restaurant operations.
