Delivery Driver
About The Position
As a Team Member at Domino's, your key responsibilities include phone and customer service, food production, delivery and route operations, store operations and teamwork, and vehicle and safety. You will answer incoming phone calls, take customer orders, provide excellent customer service, handle transactions, and represent the Domino's brand professionally. You will also learn to make quality pizza products, operate ovens, and maintain food safety standards. Safely and efficiently deliver orders within assigned areas and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Assist with store maintenance, including dishes, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and support others. Maintain a safe driving record, follow traffic laws, perform basic vehicle maintenance checks, and ensure timely delivery while prioritizing safety.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver's license that's been in your pocket for at least 2 years
- Own a reliable vehicle that's ready to roll
- Carry proof of insurance
- Be cool with passing a background check and MVR check
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and accurately take customer orders
- Provide excellent customer service to carryout customers at the counter
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately for all customer interactions
- Represent the Domino's brand professionally in all customer communications
- Learn and master the process of making quality pizza products according to company standards
- Operate and monitor ovens, ensuring proper temperature and timing for consistent product quality
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the production process
- Work efficiently to meet order timelines and customer expectations
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers within assigned delivery areas
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist the team with store maintenance and cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support other team members to get the job done efficiently
- Maintain a safe driving record and follow all traffic laws
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues
- Ensure timely delivery while prioritizing customer and public safety
